What types of sessions do we offer?

 

HIGH INTENSITY BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

Based on HIIT, our very own HIBT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Why? Increased calorie burn and metabolic rate for hours after exercise!

RESISTANCE CIRCUIT TRAINING

Unlike traditional circuits that use a timer, ours are controlled either by the exerciser or by the workout design itself. Why? Everyone works at their own pace, strength, skill and fitness level.

BOXING FOR FITNESS

 Abbreviated to BFF (Best Friends Forever) - working out with your BFF is what it’s all about! Why? Entire body workout, improves cardiovascular, muscle endurance & strength, stamina, power & agility.

FUNDAMENTAL RUNNING SKILLS

Agility drills improve communication between the mind and body – helping you become a more efficient athlete. Why? Stronger muscles & joints. Improve coordination, agility & balance and cardio.

MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND RECOVERY

Combining the fundamentals of yoga with more traditional sports style dynamic and static movements. Why? Injury prevention, enhanced performance, improved recovery and better flexibility & strength.

Friday FUNday … the name says it all. This session combines teamwork running, relay skills and drills with an element of FUN and SURPRISE!

Membership Pricing

 

** A one (1) month minimum applies to all membership contracts, including Weekly and Fortnightly memberships, after which same can be cancelled upon 7 days notice in advance of the next period.

Casual Membership Options

 

** Casual fees (single, 5 pack and 10 pack) are paid in advance by direct debit from a bank account or credit card.
