About Strength in Numbers

Energised, Inspired and Amazing is exactly how you’re going to feel after a SIN fitness | Strength in Numbers workout or group session!

There are no egos when it comes to being a part of the SIN fitness community. We don’t care who’s the fastest or who can lift the heaviest weights, we are on a mission to help people realise that fitness is supposed to be enjoyable! Our programs are engaging, challenging and fun - we see it as a social event for fitness. We want to be a place where people feel safe to come to, where everyone supports each other toward their goals and a place where there is no judgement. Fitness to us at SIN Fitness is about letting go of looks and stereotypes and realising we are stronger, together. It’s that feeling you get when you’ve finished a workout that you never thought you could, being able to walk to the top a hill with your kids and still having enough energy to play when you get there. It’s about feeling happy inside and out - about stimualting the mind/body and energising the soul.

SIN Fitness | Strength in Numbers is founded by Damian Hopkins.

Damian has trained 1-on-1, small groups and run a group outdoor fitness business successfully for almost 10 years. He is committed and passionate about what he does and he wants to share it with as many people as possible.
